On the Day Coordination

Believe us when we say that this is a must-have service for all brides and grooms. The service is not only an essential, but affordable. Our ultimate priority is to ensure your whole day looks and flows as you want it to and let’s face it, it’s only what you deserve after all your hard work.

We discuss and review your plans approximately 6 weeks before your wedding Day, enabling us to devise a full schedule covering the whole day in great detail from early morning through to the end of the evening celebrations. On the wedding day itself we would be in attendance throughout ensure that it runs exactly as you have planned, without the need for any member of the bridal party to be concerned with any logistics on the day. Think of this service as having your own personal assistants and as there are two of us we have the ability to literally be in two places at once which we have found, in our experience, to be invaluable in coordinating all that is required for an unforgettable day.

Our On the Day Coordination service would typically include

♥ Liaison with venue/marquee and oversee the set up to your requirements

♥ Becoming the first point of contact for all your suppliers

♥ Venue viewing to confirm décor arrangements and table plan layout 

♥ Liase and work with all on the day venue management and staff

The fee for this service starts from a half day £595.00 and a full day £1195.00
