Please take a few moments to read our Terms & Conditions because by using our site you automatically agree to them and accept them in placing your order. We reserve the right to make any modifications that we deem necessary at any time.

Product Description

PPL Events attempt to be as accurate as possible. PPL Events does not warrant that the product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. If a product offered by PPL Events is not as described you may return it in an unused condition and in its original packaging.

Delivery & Availability

We endeavour to despatch all stock items to you within 10 working days of receiving your order. All stock is subject to availability and for any item not in stock we will advise of the expected delivery date. If this is not acceptable, you are able to cancel your order.

For all delivered items it is the customers responsibility to check the condition of the packaging and where possible, the goods. In the unlikely event that the goods are damaged in transit please contact us immediately. If notified within 48 hours, we will be able to replace or refund. Unfortunately after this time any claims will become void and invalid.

Standard postage and packaging charges for all orders within the mainland UK are dependant upon item and are as follows: £2.95, £5.95, £11.95. Please contact us for shipping rates outside of the UK.

Payment

Payment can be made by credit/debit card online (via paypal), PAYPAL, by cheque or by bank transfer. You do not need a paypal account to make a payment. Orders placed by cheque will be despatched immediately once the cheque has cleared, usually between 3-5 working days. If you wish to make a payment by bank transfer, please contact us for details.

All card transactions are processed by paypal where information is encrypted via a secure server, and PPL Events do not hold any personal credit/debit card details whatsoever.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

You have to right to cancel your order provided that the items have not been despatched. All cancellations will incur a 10% cancellation and administration fee. We will not accept any cancellations once the good have been despatched.

Refunds will only be given for goods that are faulty and will not be offered under any other circumstances.
